OUT source code

The OUT iPhone app is free software under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0. It uses LibSignalClient, also under AGPL-3.0. The complete client source for every App Store release is yours on request, free of charge.

What you receive

The complete source of the OUT iPhone client for the release you name: the app, its tests, the build files, the licence and the notices of every third-party component, with the checksums needed to match it to that release.

What it does not include

The OUT relay service and its infrastructure are a separate program and are not part of the client. No keys, credentials or user data are ever part of a source release.

The OUT name

The licence covers the code. The OUT name and logo are not licensed for use by other apps or services.
